TRIBE. is a durational choreographic installation structured through repetition, ritual, and shifting power relations. The work unfolds through a series of minimal actions that expose how intimacy and control are performed and negotiated between bodies.

Performers engage in recurring gestures: applying makeup to one another, revealing scars and bruises, or repeating handshakes to the point of excess. These actions oscillate between care and display, vulnerability and control. Wrestling sequences interrupt and reconfigure these dynamics, alternating between collaboration and competition.

The work resists linear dramaturgy, operating without a fixed beginning or end. Positioned between exposure and observation, it functions as both a window and an enclosure, where viewers witness a continuous negotiation of proximity. Intimacy emerges not as stable or resolved, but as something constructed, fragile, and constantly shifting.
